NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 4-9-130 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina 1976, as amended, by the County Council of Pickens County (the "County Council") of a public hearing relating to the proposed enactment of an ordinance entitled "THIRD READING OF AN ORDINANCE FOR AMENDMENTS TO PICKENS COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATED TO UNSAFE PROPERTY CONDITIONS AND FURTHER CONSOLIDATE SAID AMENDED ORDINANCES FOR MORE EFFICIENT REFERENCE AND ENFORCEMENT AND MATTERS RELATED THERETO." Subject to the normal rules of County Council regarding appearances, members of the public are invited to attend and make comment concerning the above referenced ordinance. The public hearing will be held in the County Council chambers, which are located at Pickens County Administration Facility, 222 McDaniel Avenue, Pickens, South Carolina 29671, at 6:30 p.m. on October 6, 2025.
