NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the County Council of Anderson County, South Carolina (the "County"), in the Anderson County Historic Courthouse, 101 South Main Street, Anderson, South Carolina 29624, at 6:30p.m. on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, or at such other location within the said building as proper notice on the main entrance to the said County Council Chambers might specify. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider an ordinance entitled: AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A FEE IN LIEU OF TAX AND SPECIAL SOURCE CREDIT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN ANDERSON COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA, AND COI HURRICANE CREEK 300, LLC (FORMERLY KNOWN TO THE COUNTY AS PROJECT INA) WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROPERTY IN THE COUNTY, WHEREBY SUCH PROPERTY WILL BE SUBJECT TO CERTAIN PAYMENTS IN LIEU OF TAXES, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF CERTAIN SPECIAL SOURCE CREDITS; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO. At the public hearing all taxpayers and residents of the County and any other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the Ordinance.
