NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given by the County Council of Spartanburg County, South Carolina of a public hearing on Monday, October 20, 2025 relating to the proposed enactment of an ordinance (the "Ordinance") authorizing the delivery by Spartanburg County, South Carolina (the "County") of a Fee in Lieu of Tax Agreement (the "Agreement") between the County and Tindall Corporation, a South Carolina corporation (the "Company"), with respect to the acquisition, installation and construction of certain land, improvements, fixtures, machinery, equipment, furnishings and/or other real and/or tangible personal property to an expansion of the Company's manufacturing of precast concrete products in the County. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company will pay an annual fee in lieu of ad valorem taxes to the County. The Agreement will be delivered by the County pursuant to Title 12, Chapter 44, Code of Laws of South Carolina 1976, as amended, and the Ordinance.
The public hearing will be held in the Spartanburg County Council Chambers located at 366 North Church Street in Spartanburg, South Carolina at 5:15 p.m.
At the time and place fixed for said public hearing all taxpayers, residents or other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the adoption of the Ordinance.
