NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice of Public Hearing Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board Legal Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board on October 16, 2025, at 5:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. This meeting will include an application, submitted by Dr. Fred Maron (Applicant and Owner), seeking site plan review and architectural review for the demolition of an existing 2-story structure located at 537 Haight Avenue where the foundation will be filled in to create five (5) additional parking spaces to serve the existing dentist's office located at 541 Haight Avenue. The parcels are proposed to be merged in order to satisfy zoning requirements. The application involves tax lot numbers 6161-08-901786 and 6161-08-907786, located, respectively, at 537 Haight Avenue and 541 Haight Avenue, Poughkeepsie, NY in the ATC (Arlington Town Center) Zoning District. During the public hearing, all who wish to speak will be heard. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, with the public, applicants and consultants able to participate in person at Town Hall, 1 Overocker Road, Poughkeepsie, or remotely via Zoom videoconferencing and via telephone. The Planning Department is open Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
