NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
APPEAL No. 608: Michael McEntire, Baer's Sign Service LLC, on behalf of J C Bar Properties Inc, is seeking a variance from Article XI, §295-96 F(2)(b) General Regulations and §295-97 Specific Sign Regulations – Attachment 1:3, of the Borough's Zoning Ordinance No. 1158 in regard to the maximum permitted sign area and maximum number of signs on property identified by Franklin County Tax Parcel, 24-5D00.-021.-000000, existing as 644 E Main St, in a GC –General Commercial / Office District.
Those in attendance will be given the opportunity to present evidence and ask questions concerning the hearing. The public may inspect this material in the Office of Zoning and Code Enforcement, 55 E. Main Street, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, by appointment.
