NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rockland County Solid Waste Management Authority d/b/a Rockland Green will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., at the Clarkstown Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue, New City, New York 10956, to fix and determine the rates, rentals, fees or other charges for the availability and use of the facilities and services of Rockland Green for 2026. At such time and place, all interested persons shall be given full opportunity to participate and be heard concerning such rates, rentals, fees or other charges. Rockland Green will hold its regular meeting at the same place and time, at which time other matters shall be considered including Rockland Green's 2026 budget. Copies of the agenda along with proposed budget and rate schedule can be obtained from Rockland Green's website at rocklandgreen.com.
