NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Great Falls City Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. in the Commission Chambers, Room 206, Civic Center, 2 Park Drive, Great Falls, Montana. Said hearing is to consider a request from Matthew McDonald for the following: Resolution 10604 - Amendment to Resolution No. 10545 modifying the existing Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Ponderosa Solutions LLC, located at 6501 18th Avenue North to allow for handling of additional hazardous substances. The specific products proposed for handling include: Diesel #2 Ultra Low Sulfur, RD99LC (renewable diesel), Sustainable Aviation Fuel referred to as RJ100 (SPK-HEFA), and unleaded gasoline, along with hydrogen sulfide (H2S), a hazardous substance previously approved for handling. The subject property is legally described as Lot 6A of AgriTech Park, Section 34, T21N, R4E, Cascade County, Montana. The procedures and basis of decision for a Conditional Use Permit can be found within the Official Code of the City of Great Falls (OCCGF) Title 17 Chapter 16 Article 36. Written communication received by that time will be shared with the City Commission and appropriate staff for consideration during the agenda item and before final vote on the matter.
