NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given by the County Council of Anderson County, South Carolina of a public hearing on November 4, 2025 relating to the proposed enactment of an ordinance (the "Ordinance") authorizing the execution and delivery of a Fee in Lieu of Tax and Special Source Credit Agreement by and between Anderson County, South Carolina (the "County") and South Carolina Farm Bureau Marketing Association, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company (the "Company") formerly known to the County as "Project Elevate" with respect to certain economic development property in the County, whereby such property will be subject to certain payments in lieu of taxes, including the provision of certain special source credits; and other matter relating thereto. The public hearing will be held in the Anderson county Council Chambers located in the Historic Courthouse at 101 S. Main Street, Anderson, South Carolina at 6:30 p.m. At the time and place fixed for said public hearing all taxpayers, residents or other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the adoption of the Ordinance.
