NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Hallsville Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. at Hallsville City Hall. To be heard will be a rezoning request from Greg Harmon on the property at 211 Elizabeth Street. The request is to rezone from R-2 "Two-Family Dwelling District" to R-3 "Multifamily Dwelling District". At this Public Hearing any interested person, corporation or political subdivision may present evidence regarding the rezoning. Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Hallsville Board of Aldermen on November 17, 2025, at 7:00 P.M. at the City Hall, concerning the rezoning of the property located at 211 Elizabeth Street.
