NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the City Council of the City of Wilmington will hold public hearings on Tuesday the 18th day of November 2025, at 6:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, located at 929 N. Front St. in Wilmington, NC, in order to consider the adoption of Ordinance for the property located at 1964 Carolina Beach Road, directing the owners and the Housing Inspector to vacate and close and repair or demolish the dwelling located thereon.
