NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN A regular meeting of the Stockton City Council will be held on November 18, 2025 at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, 425 N. El Dorado St., Stockton, California, for a public hearing to consider an appeal of the Planning Commission denial of a Commission Use Permit to establish a Cannabis Retail Storefront at 5066 West Lane (APN 096-140-27) (APPLICATION NO. P25-0022). The application and accompany plans may be reviewed at the Community Development Department at 345 N El Dorado St, Stockton.
