NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Tulare will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or soon thereafter, on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, in the Council Chamber, 491 North M Street, Tulare, California, open to the public, and any person present will have the opportunity to be heard regarding introduction of an ordinance amending hours of operation for commercial cannabis businesses. A copy of the proposed ordinance will be available for public review in the Office of the City Clerk at Tulare City Hall, 411 E.
