NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Tulare will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or soon thereafter, on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, in the Council Chamber, 491 North M Street, Tulare, California, open to the public, and any person present will have the opportunity to be heard regarding City Council's consideration of a resolution to order improvements and finalize the formation of Assessment District 2025-03. A copy of the resolution will be available for public review at Tulare City Hall, 411 East Kern Avenue, at the Office of the City Clerk, 2nd Floor and on the City's website at www.tulare.ca.gov.
