NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given by the County Council of Spartanburg County (the "County Council") that a public hearing for the below-referenced Ordinance will be held at the Council Chambers of the County Council, County Administrative Office Building, 366 N. Church Street, Spartanburg, SC, at 5:15 p.m. on December 8, 2025 in conjunction with a regularly scheduled meeting of the County Council. Such Ordinance is titled as follows: "AN ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE AND APPROVE AN AGREEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A JOINT INDUSTRIAL AND BUSINESS PARK (SALON PARK), also known as HUWELL US INC. BY AND BETWEEN SPARTANBURG COUNTY AND CHEROKEE COUNTY, SUCH INDUSTRIAL AND BUSINESS PARK TO BE GEOGRAPHICALLY LOCATED IN SPARTANBURG COUNTY AND CHEROKEE COUNTY AND ESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO SECTION 4-1-170 OF THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA 1976, AS AMENDED; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO." All interested parties should attend. At the time and place fixed for said public hearing all taxpayers, residents or other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the adoption of the Ordinance.
