NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please take notice that on December 9, 2025 at 7:30 PM the Marlboro Township Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on approval of Bulk Variance Application to pour concrete around an inground pool (1170 sq. feet ) and to create a paver walkway from drive-way to pool area (160sq. The premises which are the subject of the application are located at 9 Banff Court, Morganville, NJ 07751. The said premises are known as Block 300 Lot 66. The meeting will begin at 7:30 PM at the Township of Marlboro Recreation Center, 1996 Recreation Way Marlboro, NJ 07746. Note that comments during a Public Hearing are restricted to the specific subject matter for which the Public Hearing is being held. If you wish to speak at the hearing, please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the meeting to register. Copies of applications to be heard will be available on the Marlboro Township's web site approximately 10 days before the hearing.
