NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING New Brighton Borough Council will hold a public hearing at their regularly scheduled monthly meeting on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. at the New Brighton Borough Municipal Building, 610 Third Avenue, New Brighton. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the conditional use application submitted by Jo Marie Henry, Bullfrogs & Butterflies Child Care Center, who has applied for conditional use approval to operate a day care center at 1017 Third Avenue, New Brighton, Beaver County Tax Parcel Number 40-001-0705-000-1, under the provisions of Multi-Municipal Zoning Ordinance Table 14, Table of Authorized Principal Uses. The Borough Council may act on the application following receipt of a recommendation from the Regional Planning Commission, which will review the application at their monthly meeting on December 4, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. at the Daugherty Township Municipal Building, 2182 Mercer Road, New Brighton, PA.
