NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Section 1203.13(b) of the Land Development Code of the City of Hudson, Ohio, the Council of the City of Hudson will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, in the Meeting Room (second floor) of the Town Hall, 27 East Main Street, Hudson, Ohio, on Ordinance No. 25-174 entitled "A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CITY MANAGER'S RECOMMENDATION NOT TO IMPLEMENT THE GROWTH MANAGEMENT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ALLOCATION SYSTEM DURING CALENDAR YEAR 2026."
A copy of Ordinance No. 25-174 is on file in the office of the Clerk of Council, 1140 Terex Road, Hudson, Ohio, and is available on the Public Hearings page of the City's website or by emailing a request to clerkofcouncil@hudson.oh.us.
