NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Two Public Meetings will be held at IU Health Arnett Hospital in the AG410 conference room located at 5165 McCarty Lane, Lafayette, Indiana 47905 on Thursday, January 8th, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Thursday, January 8th, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. These public hearings will provide an opportunity for representatives from Indiana University Health to present information about the upcoming Arnett Cancer Center project and address any questions or concerns from the public. About the Project: As part of the Greater Lafayette Community GrowthProject, IU Healthwillrelocatethe existing IU Health Cancer Center from its current location to a newstate-of-the-artfacility on the Arnett Hospital campus. Project Overview: The new 65,000-square-foot, $55M Cancer Center will have room to provide infusion therapies to 32 patients simultaneously—a 23% increase over the current facility—in an environment that is intentionally designed to support whole-person care for patients' bodies, minds and spirits. Additionally, the new Cancer Center will feature an oncology rapid access clinic and house two linear accelerators, advanced radiation therapytechnologies, and precision genomics services.
