NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please Take Notice That The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Wayland, New York will hold a public hearing on January 20th, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the Wayland Town Hall, 110 North Main Street, Wayland, New York for an area variance to the land use Local Law #1 of 2022, for the property owned by Dr Charles and Joanne Cavallaro located at 10224 County Rd 92 In the Town of Wayland. According to the building plans submitted for a new home construction by the above-named applicant, the left side yard does not comply with the 25-foot setback. All interested and concerned parties are encouraged to attend this public hearing.
