NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 16, 2025, the Board of Trustees of the Local Building Authority of Virgin Town (the "Authority"), adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") declaring its intention to hold a public hearing on January 14, 2025, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. The location of the public hearing is at 114 South Mill Street, Virgin, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Parity Lease Revenue Bonds and any potential economic impact to the private sector from the acquisition of property for use as a town hall, public safety facility, post office and related facilities to be funded by the Parity Lease Revenue Bonds in a combined amount not to exceed $2,500,000. All members of the public are invited to attend and participate. A copy of the Resolution is on file in the office of the Secretary in Virgin, Utah, where it may be examined during regular business hours of 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
