NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Buncombe County Board of Adjustment (the "Board") will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, January 14th, 2026 at 12:00 p.m., at the Commissioners Chambers on the third floor of 200 College St, at which the Board will hold public hearings to consider the following applications:
ZPH2025-00032 Villa Variance (Continued from 12/10/25): Walter Lucas of Titan Factory Direct; on behalf of Pilar Villa Chacon, owner; has applied for a Variance pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance of Buncombe County; Sec. 78-621(4) and Sec. 78-642, Table 2, Dimensional Requirements; for a reduction to the front setback for a manufactured home on tax lot PIN 9639-13-9962 (90 Hazelwood Road). ZPH2025-00039 Leicester Stump Dump SUP: Shawn Ray of Riverside Stump Dump, Inc.; on behalf of Daniel Nix, owner; has applied for a Special Use Permit pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance of Buncombe County; Sec. 78-641(a), Sec. 78-677, and Sec. 78-678(b)(4); to establish a solid waste management facility on tax lot PINs 9710-04-1777, 9710-05-0103, 9700-95-6687, and 9700-96-6216 (7 Brookshire Road and three unaddressed parcels off of New Leicester Highway).
