NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given by the County Council of Spartanburg County, South Carolina of a public hearing on Monday, January 26, 2026, relating to the proposed enactment of an ordinance (the "Ordinance") authorizing the delivery by Spartanburg County, South Carolina (the "County") of Amended and Restated Fee in Lieu of Tax Agreements (the "Agreements") by and between Spartanburg County, South Carolina and Tyger Ridge Industrial Owner, LLC, a company previously identified as Project Tyger Ridge, with respect to the acquisition, installation and construction of certain land, improvements, fixtures, machinery, equipment, furnishings and/or other real and/or tangible personal property to constitute one or more manufacturing facilities in the County. Pursuant to the Agreements, the Company will pay annual fees in lieu of ad valorem taxes to the County. The Agreements will be delivered by the County pursuant to Title 12, Chapter 44, Code of Laws of South Carolina 1976, as amended, and the Ordinance. A public hearing will be held in the Spartanburg County Council Chambers located at 366 North Church Street in Spartanburg, South Carolina at 5:15 p.m. At the time and place fixed for said public hearing all taxpayers, residents or other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the adoption of the Ordinance.
