NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that Resolution 10613 titled "A Resolution by the City Commission of the City of Great Falls, Montana, Establishing Great Falls Police Department Fingerprinting Fees and Repealing Resolution 9909," will be brought before the Great Falls City Commission for a public hearing in the Commission Chambers Room 206, Civic Center Building, 2 Park Drive South, Great Falls, MT, on January 20, 2026 at 7:00 P.M.
Any interested person may appear and speak for or against Resolution 10613 at the public hearing, or submit written comments to the Great Falls City Commission, P.O. Box 5021, Great Falls, MT 59403, or by email to commission@greatfallsmt.net before 12:00 PM on Tuesday, January 20, 2026. Written communication received by that time will be shared with the City Commission and appropriate City staff for consideration during the agenda item and before the final vote on the matter and will be so noted in the official record of the meeting.
