NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the following items will be brought before the Great Falls City Commission for public hearing in the Commission Chambers, Room 206, Civic Center Building, 2 Park Drive South, Great Falls, Montana, on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 7:00 p.m.: Resolution 10612 titled "A Resolution by the City Commission of the City of Great Falls, Montana, Establishing the Rates, Fees, and Penalties Associated with Title 10 of the Official Code of the City of Great Falls (OCCGF) Pertaining to the City's Parking System." Ordinance 3283 titled "An Ordinance Amending Title 10, Chapter 9, Sections 230 and 270-320, and Chapter 10, Section 010 of the Official Code of the City of Great Falls (OCCGF) Pertaining to the Administration and Operation of the City's Parking System." Any interested person may speak for or against said Resolution 10612 or Ordinance 3283 at the public hearing, or submit written comments to the City Clerk, City of Great Falls, P.O. Box 5021, Great Falls, MT 59403, or by email to commission@greatfallsmt.net before 12:00 PM on Tuesday, February 3, 2026. Written communication received by that time will be shared with the City Commission and appropriate staff for consideration during the agenda item and before the final vote on the matter.
