NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on behalf of the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (the "Issuer") on January 26, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., at Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency, 100 NW 63rd Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73116 in the Boardroom. This hearing is for the purpose of considering the approval of the issuance in one or more series of tax-exempt multi-family obligations (the "Obligations") pursuant to a common plan of finance, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $35,200,000, by the Issuer, pursuant to Title 60, Chapter 4 and Title 63, Chapter 40 of the Oklahoma Statutes. If the Obligations are approved, the proceeds will be loaned to Villages at Rose Hill, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company or its successors and assigns (the "Borrower") for the purpose of financing the acquisition, construction and equipping of a multifamily residential rental facility containing an aggregate of one hundred eighty (180) affordable living units to be located at 1433 E. College Street in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in Tulsa County (the "Project"). The initial legal owner or principal user of the Project is expected to be the Borrower. THE OBLIGATIONS SHALL NOT REPRESENT OR CONSTITUTE A DEBT OR PLEDGE OF FAITH AND CREDIT OR ANY TAXING POWER OF THE ISSUER, THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA OR ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA. Interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and will be given an opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed issuance of the Obligations and the plan of financing of the Project.
