NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Tulare, State of California, will consider a resolution to adopt an amendment to the City's Master Fee Schedule to include the following revisions as proposed by the Parks and Recreation Commission: General Park Use Fees Zumwalt Park Special Events - Private (full day): Current $550; Proposed $1,000. Zumwalt Park Special Events - Non-Profit (full day): Current $300; Proposed $750. The City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, beginning at 5:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, in the Council Chambers, Tulare Public Library, 491 North M Street, Tulare, California. If you challenge the proposed project in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Tulare at, or prior to, the public hearing.
