NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby provided that Smyle, LLC ("Applicant") has filed an application for Preliminary & Final Site Plan approval with the Washington Township Planning Board. The subject Property is identified on the Tax Maps of the Township of Washington as Block 51.01, Lot 1.02, and located at corner of Delsea Drive and Park Place Blvd. ("Property"). The Property is located in the Delsea Drive Redevelopment Area – Node 1. The Applicant seeks approval to permit the construction of a 6,339 sf dental office on the Property with associated parking and infrastructure. The Applicant is seeking Preliminary and Final Site Plan approval for the project with a variance pursuant to N.J.S.A 40:55D-70.c from Article III.B.3.G of the Redevelopment Plan and the Zoning Ordinance §285-196 to permit more than 105% of the parking spaces otherwise required in the Ordinance. The Applicant will request any and all other variances, deviations or waivers that the Board may deem necessary upon its review of the application. The Washington Township Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on this application on March 17, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Washington Township Municipal Building, 523 Egg Harbor Road, Main Council Room A, Sewell, New Jersey 08080. Copies of the Applicant's application, maps and papers are on file with the Administrative Officer of the Planning Board in the Planning Office at the Washington Township Municipal Building, 523 Egg Harbor Road, Sewell, New Jersey 08080 and may be viewed during regular business hours. Any interested party may appear in person at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Board. Please take further notice that the Planning Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue said review from time to time and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Planning Board Office concerning such adjournments, postponements or continuations.
