NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given by the County Council of Spartanburg County (the "County Council") that a public hearing for the below-referenced Ordinance will be held at the Council Chambers of the County Council, County Administrative Office Building, 366 N. Church Street, Spartanburg, SC, at 5:15 p.m. on March 16, 2026, in conjunction with a regularly scheduled meeting of the County Council. Such Ordinance is titled as follows: "AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE AGREEMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF JOINT COUNTY INDUSTRIAL PARK AND BUSINESS PARK (2025 PARK) BY AND BETWEEN SPARTANBURG COUNTY AND UNION COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA, SO AS TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL PROPERTY IN UNION COUNTY AS PART OF THE JOINT COUNTY INDUSTRIAL PARK, AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO.
