NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWNSHIP OF MAHWAH ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that William Davis has made an application to the Mahwah Board of Adjustment and the hearing will be held at 7:30pm on the 18th day of March 2026, at the Mahwah Municipal Building, 475 Corporate Drive, Mahwah, New Jersey. The application is for a C variance to allow the construction of a covered patio at 30 Kiersted Place (Block 109, Lot 101, Tax Map Page 57) to exceed existing coverage limits (Municipal Code Chapter 24-4.5, Section c, Attachment 5 – R20 Lot coverages). In addition to the foregoing, the applicant will also seek any and all other variances, waivers, deviations or exceptions the Board deems to be required. The Application and related maps and papers are on file and may be available for inspection at the Board of Adjustment Office at 475 Corporate Drive, Mahwah, NJ, 07430 during business hours.
