NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Cold Spring will hold a public hearing pursuant to §134-16.1 and 134-17M of village law on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Cold Spring, N.Y., and via videoconference beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard on said date. Members of the public are invited to attend the meeting in-person at Village Hall (85 Main Street) or via videoconference through. The subject property, designated 48.12-1-57 on the tax map, is at 26 Main Street, Cold Spring, N.Y., in the Business (B-1) District as well as the Village's Historic District. The applicants propose a change of use from Retail to dance studio, requiring a site plan review (§134-16.1) and Parking Table (§134-17.M) of village law.
