NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Plan Commission of the City of Lincoln will conduct a public hearing on Thursday April 2nd, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 700 Broadway Street, Lincoln, Illinois regarding the following petition: Representatives for the property owner of 311 S. Logan St. have filed a petition with the City of Lincoln regarding a Special Use Permit for a Drive Thru for the following described property: 311 S. Logan St. 8-1613 S OF 5TH ST N PT BLOCK 21 WYATT & LATHAM'S ADDN TO LINCOLN. The petition shall be on file in the Building Safety Office located at 313 Limit Street and at City Hall, 700 Broadway St. Lincoln, Illinois for public inspection.
