NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Ventura Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) for the following matter: LAFCo 26-09S Ojai Valley Sanitary District Sphere of Influence Amendment – Camp Ramah-Machon Village Project Description: The project includes an amendment to the Ojai Valley Sanitary District (OVSD) sphere of influence boundary, which would enable the annexation of territory (i.e., an approximately 1.7-acre portion of Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) 010-0-070-31) to the OVSD. The sphere of influence amendment request is associated with the proposal for annexation of the same territory to the OVSD (LAFCo 26-09) to accommodate sewer service to new development in support of an existing camp known as Camp Ramah. Purpose of the Public Hearing: All interested persons are invited to attend, be heard, and participate in the Public Hearing. At the Public Hearing, LAFCo will consider all written and oral comments that have been submitted regarding the matter and will review and approve (with or without amendments, wholly, partially, or conditionally), disapprove, or continue the proposal.
