NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given by the County Council of Greenville County, South Carolina (the "County Council") that the County Council will conduct a public hearing on the proposed adoption of an Ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A FEE IN LIEU OF TAX AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN GREENVILLE COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA AND A COMPANY KNOWN TO THE COUNTY AT THIS TIME AS AH MAGNOLIA GROVE HOLDINGS, LLC (fka PROJECT MAGNOLIA) WITH RESPECT TO CERTAIN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROPERTY IN THE COUNTY, WHEREBY SUCH PROPERTY WILL BE SUBJECT TO CERTAIN PAYMENTS IN LIEU OF TAXES; AND OTHER MATTERS RELATED THERETO." on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Greenville County Council Chambers located at County Square, 301 University Ridge, Greenville, South Carolina 29601. Anyone wishing to speak at this public hearing must register onsite between 5:15 and 5:45 p.m. the evening of the meeting. All taxpayers, residents or other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the adoption of the Ordinance.
