NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Cascade County Zoning Board of Adjustment is holding a hearing on Thursday April 16, at 9:00 AM in Room 105 of the Courthouse Annex located at 325 2nd Ave N, Great Falls MT 59401, and via Zoom (an online platform). The Board will consider Special Use Permit Application #007-2026 submitted by Healing the Circle Lodge to increase the number of occupants from eight (8) people to sixteen (16) people, allowed at the existing 'Community Residential Facility' for chemical dependency at 2601 Jasper Road, legally described as Lot 001 of Bergmann Hillside Estates, Section 21, Township 20 North, Range 03 East, P.M.M Cascade County, Montana. Parcel No. 1974300, Geocode 03-3015-21-1-01-08-0000. The subject property is in the Suburban Residential-1 (SR-1) Zoning District.
Application materials are on file in the Cascade County Planning & GIS Department at 121 4th St N, Suite 2 H/I, Great Falls, Montana. Any interested person may appear and speak for or against the proposed Special Use Permit. Public comment may be submitted by mail, emailed to meliason@cascadecountymt.gov, or during the public hearing.
