NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned Applicant has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Pittsgrove for bulk variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c)(1) in connection with property located at 217 Husted Station Road, also known as Block 1503, Lot 3, in the RR (Rural Residential) Zone. The Applicant seeks variance relief from the Township's minimum lot area requirement of 3.0 acres and lot depth requirement of 300 feet, to permit the construction of a single-family detached dwelling on an existing lot containing approximately 1.76 acres and a depth of approximately 297.86 feet.
