NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that Resolution 10616 titled "A Resolution Declaring Certain Property Located at 1915 6th Avenue North, Lot 11, Block 147, Cascade County, Montana, a Nuisance, Order the Nuisance be Abated, and Authorize City Staff to Force Abatement if Necessary," will be brought before the Great Falls City Commission for a public hearing in the Commission Chambers Room 206, Civic Center Building, 2 Park Drive South, Great Falls, MT, on April 21, 2026 at 7:00 P.M.
Any interested person may appear and speak for or against Resolution 10616 at the public hearing, or submit written comments to the Great Falls City Commission, P.O. Box 5021, Great Falls, MT 59403, or by email to commission@greatfallsmt.gov before 12:00 PM on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. Written communication received by that time will be shared with the City Commission and appropriate City staff for consideration during the agenda item and before the final vote on the matter and will be so noted in the official record of the meeting.
