NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Great Falls City Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 5:00 P.M. in the Commission Chambers Room 206, Civic Center Building, 2 Park Drive South, Great Falls, MT. Said public hearing is on Resolution 10623 to consider a tax abatement application from Janicki Industries for a tax benefit under the category of "New or Expanding Industry Tax Benefit," pursuant to Mont. Code Ann. §§ 15-24-1401 and 15-24-1402. The application covers investments in projected buildings, improvements, site work, and project components included within each approved phase of the Janicki Industries Project, including Buildings A thru E for a manufacturing campus focused on composite and metal tooling, as well as parts manufacturing, to support its long-term operational growth. The location of the proposed project is 1900 18th Avenue North, Great Falls, MT, further described as Lot 1C of the Amended Plat of Lot 1, Block 1, American Agri-Technology Addition, Cascade County, Montana, Parcel No. 349000. Any interested person may appear and speak for or against Resolution 10623 at the public hearing, or submit written comments to the Great Falls City Commission, P.O.
