NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 11, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. the Zoning Board of
Adjustment of the Town of Secaucus will hold a public hearing at the Town of Secaucus, 1203 Paterson Plank Road, Secaucus, New Jersey, on the application of Eileen Fisher ("Applicant"), for a variance application approval for the property located at 45 Enterprise Avenue North, Secaucus, New Jersey, also known as Block 55, Lot 1 on the Town of Secaucus Tax Map. ("Property"). The Property is located within the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority's ("NJSEA") Light Industrial A Zone.
Applicant, with authorization from Property Owner Hartz Mountain Industries, Inc., proposes the addition of a new mezzanine area to its currently existing warehouse and office, which is a permitted use within the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority's ("NJSEA") Light Industrial A Zone, and associated minor site improvements.
The purpose of Applicant's variance application is to request a bulk parking variance under NJSEA regulation N.J.A.C. § 19:4-8.4(a) for the required number of parking spaces based on the interior permitted uses. There are 154 existing parking spaces on the Property, which is a pre-existing non-conformity, and Applicant proposes 155 parking spaces, and 185 parking spaces are required on the Property under the NJSEA regulations.
If required, Applicant also intends to request at the hearing such other deviations, variances and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as the Zoning Board of Adjustment may deem necessary to develop the property in the manner indicated in the application plans and materials.
The application and all supporting maps, site plans and documents are on file in the office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment at the Town of Secaucus, New Jersey, and are available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, during normal business hours, except holidays. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the application.
THIS NOTICE is being provided by the Applicant in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey and by Order of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Town of Secaucus, New Jersey.
