NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Mauldin, South Carolina (the "City"), pursuant to Section 6-1-330 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, will hold a public hearing on June 15, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers at 5 East Butler Road, Mauldin, SC on establishing a Sewer Pump Station Fee for parcels of the Hawk Haven ($400.00), Adams Glen ($75.00), Riley Trace ($400.00), Ameris ($250.00), and Deer Ridge ($60.00) subdivisions; and reestablishing the Pump Station Fee for Indigo Point ($75.00), the Retreat ($400.00), and parts of the Pine Forest ($75.00) subdivision. The Pump Station Fee will be assessed annually on the affected parcels. For a property description of the affected parcels see the draft ordinance on file with the City Clerk at 5 East Butler Road, Mauldin, SC.
