NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please Take Notice:
That the undersigned has filed with the Planning Board of the Township of Burlington, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey to receive Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval, so as to permit the demolition of the existing masonry/frame building and construction of a one-story, 2,262 square foot (sf) fast casual restaurant with a drive- through operation. The proposed restaurant will provide twenty-seven (27) seats for indoor dining, a maximum of six (6) employees, and twenty (20) parking spaces will be provided on the site. The proposed development is a permitted use in the Township's B-3 (Neighborhood Business) Zone where the site is located. Access to the site will be provided through a full movement of unsignalized driveways, one each along Sunset Road (CR 634) and a right out only along Salem Road (CR 633), respectively. A waiver is requested of an environment impact statement. Also requested are bulk variances and any other relief required covered by the Board. The premises at 907 Sunset Road, Burlington NJ, 08016. Block 130.01 Lot(s) 2.07 is within 200 feet of the property owned by you. This application is now on the Planning Board's calendar, and a public hearing has been ordered for June 11 2026, at 7:00 p.m., in the Municipal Complex, 851 Old York Road, Burlington, New Jersey. There will be adequate opportunity for questions and comments from members of the public for this application.
