NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please take notice that on May 28, 2026 at 7:30 p.m., at the Allamuchy Municipal Building at 292 Alphano Rd, Great Meadows, NJ 07838, the Allamuchy Township Land Use Board will hold a public hearing on the application of Alex Veman to amend the prior approval granted for property at 3 Cardinal Road, also known as Block 711, Lot 2. No new or revised variances are requested, but the site layout has been revised, including moving the home further to the rear and lower in elevation, and revising the driveway and retaining wall alignments. At such time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. The Applicant also requests any and all other waivers, variance or other approvals that may be required, if any, for this application. The maps and documents for which approval are sought shall be available at the municipal building in the office of the Secretary to the Land Use Board at 292 Alphano Rd, Great Meadows, NJ 07838, during the Secretary's regular office hours.
