NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Village Board of Hales Corners, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, will conduct a public hearing to hear all interested parties with regard to the Final Assessments for Road and Water Main Improvements for the Hales Happiness Subdivision. The public hearing is scheduled for June 22, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Board Room at the Village of Hales Corners (5635 S. New Berlin Road). All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Final resolution will be adopted after the public hearing, and appeals may be made within 90 days of date of publication of the final resolution. A final assessment report will be available for public viewing starting June 15 at the Village of Hales Corners, James R. Ryan Municipal Building (5635 S. New Berlin Road) between the hours of 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Monday – Friday).
