NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 BUDGET FOR STOCKTON CONSOLIDATED LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 96-2
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 14, 2026 the City Council of the City of Stockton, California, by resolution, preliminarily approved the Annual Engineer's Report for the Stockton Consolidated Landscape Maintenance Assessment District No. 96-2 for the 2026-27 Fiscal Year containing a full and detailed description of the improvements, the boundaries of the assessment district, the Zones, the proposed budgets for the 2026-27 Fiscal Year, and the proposed assessments upon assessable lots and parcels of land within each Zone of the assessment district, reference to which is hereby made for further particulars. A copy of the Annual Engineer's Report on file with the City Clerk is available to all interested parties for inspection and copying. None of the proposed annual assessments exceed the maximum annual assessment allowable.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. in the regular meeting place of the City Council, Council Chambers located at 425 N. El Dorado Street, 2nd Floor- City Hall, Stockton, California, are the time and place appointed and fixed by the Council when and where the Council will consider and finally act upon the proposed budgets, and when and where it will hear all protests in relation thereto. Any person interested may file a written protest with the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 425 North EI Dorado Street, Stockton, CA 95202, at or before the above time set for this Hearing. The Public Works Department, Telephone (209) 937-8899 is the local department designated by the City Council to answer inquiries regarding the protest proceedings. All proceedings before this meeting body are conducted in English.
