NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Selma, Indiana, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., in the Town of Selma Town Hall, located at 316 S. Albany St., Selma, Indiana 47383. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public input on an Ordinance to Amend an Ordinance Regarding the Traffic Code as it relates to speed limits within the Town of Selma, Indiana as follows: Twenty (20) miles per hour on Liberty St., Waverly St., Wapahani Dr., Otter Dr., Williams St., and Sunset Dr. Twenty (20) miles per hour on Pittenger Rd. between Jackson St. and Muncie St. Twenty (20) miles per hour on Muncie St. between Pittenger Rd. and South St. And Twenty (20) miles per hour on South St. between Muncie St. and Jackson St. Twenty (20) miles per hour on Muncie St. from Williams to East St. Twenty (20) miles per hour on South St. from Jackson to Railroad St. Twenty (20) miles per hour on Union St. from Jackson to Railroad St. Twenty (20) miles per hour on Jackson St. from Union St. to Williams St. Twenty (20) miles per hour on Pittenger Rd. from Jackson to Railroad St. Twenty (20) miles per hour on Otter Dr. to Wapahani Dr. Twenty (20) miles per hour on Wapahani Dr. to County Road 550 East. Twenty (20) miles per hour on Liberty Ave. to County Road 550 East. Twenty (20) miles per hour on Washington St. from Albany St. to South St. Twenty (20) miles per hour on Railroad St. from Albany St. to Pittenger Rd. Public comments may be provided during the public hearing and written comments may be submitted to the above-referenced address during, or prior to, the public hearing. Following the public hearing, the Town Board of the Town of Selma will consider an Ordinance to Amend an Ordinance Regarding Traffic Code within the Town of Selma, Indiana.
