NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Adjustment for the City of Bondurant will meet at 5:00 p.m. on June 16, 2026 in the Bondurant City Center at 200 2nd Street NE, Bondurant, Polk County, Iowa, to hear a request for a variance from Section 178.13. to allow a 13-foot reduction to the required minimum front yard setback along 32nd Street for Parcel 7922-07-200-001.
