NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN A regular meeting of the Stockton City Council will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 1:00 pm, in the Council Chambers, 2nd Floor, City Hall, 425 N El Dorado St, Stockton, CA, to review the 2026 Military Equipment Report ('Report') Pursuant to Assembly Bill 481 ('AB 481'). In compliance with Assembly Bill 481, the Stockton Police Department is submitting an annual Report on the use of the equipment, any complaint(s), or concern(s) regarding the use of the equipment, results of any internal audits on the use of the equipment, the annual costs for the equipment, the quantity possessed by the agency and the intention to purchase additional equipment in the following year. The Report was made available and can be viewed on the Stockton Police Department's website Annual Military Equipment Report as of May 14, 2026. Proceedings before the City Council are conducted in English. The City does not furnish interpreters and if one is needed, it shall be the responsibility of the person needing one. All proceedings before this meeting body are conducted in English.
