NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the combined City of Great Falls Planning Advisory Board/Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 3:00 P.M. in the Commission Chambers, Room 206, Civic Center, 2 Park Drive, Great Falls, Montana, to consider a request from Benefis Health System Inc. regarding the following:
Establish a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow a "Retirement Home" land use within the existing R-2 zoning district upon the property addressed as 3020 18th Ave South and legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, Mount Olivet Minor Subdivision Sec 17, TWN 20N, RNG 4E, P.M.M., City of Great Falls, Cascade County, Montana.
The procedures and basis of decision for a CUP can be found within the Official Code of the City of Great Falls Title 17, Chapter 16, Article 36.
Any interested party may speak for or against this request in person at the public hearing, or submit written comments by mail to P.O. Box 5021 Great Falls, MT 59403 or by email to jnygard@greatfallsmt.net before 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Written communication received by that time will be shared with the Planning Advisory Board/Zoning Commission and appropriate staff for consideration during the agenda item and before final vote on the matter.
