NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby provided that PKST Burlington Neck, LLC (the "Applicant") has filed an application for Minor Site Plan approval with the Burlington Township Planning Board ("Board") for property identified as Block 152, Lot 21.01 on the Tax Maps of the Township of Burlington, commonly known as 511 Neck Road ("Property"). The Property is located in the I-2 Zoning District.
The Applicant requesting Minor Site Plan approval to permit the Property to be leased by Sultan Trans Inc. ("Tenant") for the operation of a commercial truck terminal facility. On-site personnel at this facility will support Sultan's regional and long-haul operations by serving as a centralized location for driver coordination, dispatching, and fleet oversight. The existing gravel areas on the site will be supplemented with additional gravel and compacted. The truck terminal use is permitted in the I-2 Zone. The Applicant will seek any variances or waivers that may be deemed necessary upon the Board's review of the application.
The Burlington Township Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on this application on June 11, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building, Lower Level Community Room, 851 Old York Road, Burlington Township, New Jersey 08016. Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Planning Board.
The application, all supporting documents, and all exhibits to be considered by the Planning Board are available in electronic format on the Burlington Township website, on the home page, click on the date of the meeting on the section of the page identifying "Upcoming Meetings" and a new window will open identifying each application and all documents they have provided. For those without internet access, the application and all supporting documents are on-file in the office of the Planning & Zoning Department. Please take further notice that the Planning Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue said review from time to time and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Planning Office concerning such adjournments, postponements or continuations.
