NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Town of Ulysses Planning Board will hold a public hearing for a minor subdivision, a proposal to subdivide the existing 26.50 acre lot located at 6237 Podunk Road into two lots, Parcel 1 approximately 1.20 acres and Parcel 2 approximately 25.29 acres. The meeting will be held in-person at Town Hall, with the option for the public to also attend by video conferencing via Zoom.
