NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Board of Cascade County Commissioners will hold a special hearing on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 9:30 AM in Room 105 of the Courthouse Annex located at 325 2nd Ave N, Great Falls, MT 59401, and via Zoom (an online platform). The Board will meet to consider an appeal submitted by Lindley Law, on behalf of Healing the Circle Lodge LLC (now known as Elk Ridge Recovery, LLC). The Appellant is requesting the Board appeal the decision of the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBOA) to deny Healing the Circle Lodge's Special Use Permit Application #007-2026, requesting to update the number of occupants allowed at the existing 'Community Residential Facility' for chemical dependency from eight (8) people to sixteen (16) people on the subject property, legally described as 2601 Jasper Road, Great Falls, Lot 001 of Bergmann Hillside Estates, Section 21, Township 20 North, Range 03 Eastand having Parcel #1974300and Geocode 02-3015-21-1-01-08-0000.
The appeal, application, and materials presented before the ZBOA are on file for public inspection at the office of the Cascade County Planning & GIS Department, 121 4th St N, Suite 2 H/I, Great Falls, MT 59401 and are available online at: Public Notices | Cascade County, MT.
